In such cases we will offer you to tour on the next available tour or at an alternative tour of equal value or we issue a full refund.
Non Refundable Deposit when tour is cancelled 7 days prior to tour or after itinerary has been send. Private CharterTour itinerary send after Deposit payment received.
Non refundable balance payment when cancellation is 48 hours or less prior to event or otherwise listed in correspondence.
